A Little Information About Getting PreQualified

There are two good reasons to get prequalfied before looking at homes.

  1. By working with a qualified lender, you will know exactly what price range you should be looking in.
  2. If you find that perfect home, the seller and their agent will take your offer seriously.

This is a painless procedure and can usually be done with a 20 minute visit with a loan officer.  We have several preferred lenders that we enjoy a good relationship with that we can recommend and who have treated our clients well.  If you already have a lender that you prefer using, we will be happy to work with them.
